Real estate investments in Portugal exceed € 1.3 billion during the pandemic

The famous Portuguese newspaper Expresso claims that pandemic didn’t affect the real estate market.
Opening of a luxury brand store Dolce & Gabanna, in the first week of May, right on Avenida da Liberdade, in the center of Lisbon, was just another sign. Businesswoman Paula Amorim, promoter of that commercial investment, proved us that the real estate (and fashion) business did not stop because of the pandemic.
Not only they didn’t stop – another good example is Paula Amorim with the French investor Claude Berda in Comporta, since the declaration of the state of the pandemic until the end of this week, more than € 1300 million were invested in real estate projects in Portugal.
