DRP Advisers comes with great satisfaction, to congratulate and thank to all customers, partners and developers, who contributed to the success of the year that just ended.

2021 was, without a doubt, a year of many personal and professional challenges, but which allowed us to reinvent methods and how businesses happen. Thanks to our remote real estate services, remote property viewing and our legal assistance, 60% of our sales happened remotely. But still, we welcomed many clients in our office in Lisbon, traveled to different parts of our beautiful country together and found the dream home’s best investments for our esteemed customers.
Also, cryptocurrency is emerging and we are glad to be part of this evolution and allow our clients to be part of that as well. Thanks to our partnership with FNTX we assisted dozens of clients with property purchase via cryptocurrency this year. It is very gratifying!

In terms of sales and investments preferences, we assisted investments all over the country and islands, but mostly in Porto (North of Portugal), Lisbon (the Portuguese Capital), Algarve (south of Portugal and the most wanted city to summer vacations), Évora (south-center region), Ericeira (a famous region for its beaches great to surfing), Silver Cost (located between Porto and Lisbon, this region stretches from the majestic mountains of Serra da Estrela to the stunning beaches of the west coast and includes the historic cities of Tomar and Coimbra) and also, Madeira Island (the charismatic island due to the mountains and luxurious blue of the sea).

Although the consequences of pandemic, the real estate market has been shown us its potential of growth and many interesting projects has been created.
